3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups blended zucchini
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 cups flour (2 wheat 1 white)
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
tsp. baking powder
1 cup nuts, raisins or chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together.
Divide into two loafs
Bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 1 hour
