cup milk
cup bran cereal
cup vegetable oil
cup molasses
cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 cups Quaker Oats, uncooked
cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk and bran in medium-sized bowl.
Add oil, molasses, brown sugar and egg;
mix well.
Add combined oats and dry ingredients to bran mixture, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fill 12 greased medium-sized muffin cups full
Bake in preheated hot oven at 400F for about 15 minutes
