2 cups Quaker Corn Bran cereal, finely crushed to 1 cup
1 cups all-purpose flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup milk
cup raisins
⅓ cup vegetable oil
⅓ cup firmly packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F
Grease 12 medium muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
Combine cereal, flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fill prepared muffin cups almost full.
Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool 5 minutes
remove muffins to wire cooling rack.
