1 cup scalded milk
½ cup oil/shortening
½ cup sugar
1 tsp salt
4 ½ tsp yeast (20 ml)
3 beaten eggs
4 ½ cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, shortening, sugar and salt.
Cool to lukewarm, add yeast and stir well
Add eggs and flour.
Knead until dough is soft but firm
Place in greased bowl and allow to rise until dough is doubled in size
Divide dough into thirds and roll each into balls.
Roll out each into 9” circle.
brush with melted butter
Cut each circle into 10 wedge shaped pieces
Roll up, starting with the wide edge.
Place in preheated 400º oven for 15 minutes or until golden brow
