2 C all-purpose flour
2/3 C vegetable shortening
5 tbsp very cold water
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut flour and shortening until it resembles until it resembles corn meal in texture. Add salt and stir in. Add water and hand mix just until dough will cling together. DON'T OVER HANDLE! Split dough in two, form dough into balls and roll out for crust.
