Night Before

Sourdough starter

¾ cup canned milk (never fresh
3 Tbsp sugar
1 1/3 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Cover
and leave at room temperature overnight.

Next morning

2 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. melted margarine or oil
½ tsp. baking powder
rest of tall can of milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 egg whites, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg yolks, margarine, salt, milk, baking powder and baking soda.
Mix.
Add egg whites
Take out generous cup al starter to save.
Bake on greased griddle
