1 cup water
7 Tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup flour
4 eggs


⅔ cup sugar
⅓ cup cocon
2 cups heavy cream
½ tsp. plain gelatin
¼ cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, bring water and butter to boil.
Add flour and salt.
Stir with wooden spoon until it forms ball or leaves side of pan.
Remove from heat and let cool a little.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg with electric mixer
Using a pastry bag or moistened lube, pipe dough on buttered baking sheet
Bake for 15 minutes at 450 F, then turn down to 325 F for 25 minutes

chocolate cream filling

Combine gelatin and cold water.
Let stand until thick, then remelt over simmering water, being sure that gelatin is completely dissolved while gelatin is cooling.
beat in the cream until it's of medium consistency
Add sugar, cocoa, rum to mixture all at once. Beat until crean clings tn the bowl.
Pour into log.
