4 Eggs
2 C Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Vanilla
⅔ C Oil
¾ C Cocoa
1½ C Flour
1 C Chocolate Chips
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly with a spoon. Stir in sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix cocoa and oil together, then add to other mixture. Stir in flour. DO NOT BEAT MIX. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 325 F for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove fro oven and immediately top with chocolate chips and powdered sugar.
