2 C Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
tsp. Salt
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
tsp. Margarine
2 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and brown sugar.

Cut in margarine; mix in honey and milk and add to flour. Mix until dough sticks together. Knead 12 strokes.

Roll out dough between sheets of wax paper, of dough at a time. Put on un-greased cookie sheet. Cut with pizza cutter and make holes with fork or toothpick.

Bake at 375 F until lightly brown. When the edges get brown, remove these crackers and continue baking the center ones.
