¾ C quick cooking rolled oats
⅓ C packed brown sugar
¼ C chopped peanuts
3 T margarine
½ C packed brown sugar
¼ C all purpose flour
2 C milk
2 beaten egg yolks
⅔ C creamy peanut butter
½ t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together oats, the ⅓ C brown sugar, the peanuts, and butter.
Spread mixture in bottom of 13x9x2 in. baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 15 min, stirring occasionally.
Cool; crumble. In saucepan, combine the remaining brown sugar and the flour.
Blend in milk and egg yolks.
Cook and stir till bubbly
Cook and stir 1 min. More.
Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
Cover surface with waxed paper to prevent skin from forming.
Chill. In parfait glasses, alternate layers of pudding and crunch mixture.
