1½ C Sugar or fructose
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 C Flour
1 C Pecans
1 C Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.

Blend first 4 ingredients together by hand and add flour to mixture being careful not to over mix. Add pecans and coconut a desired.

Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan for 45 minutes.

Allow to cool and frost.
