8 boneless & skinless chicken breast
8 slices processed Swiss cheese
1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
¼ dry white wine or water
1½ c. crushed herb seasoned stuffing mix
⅓ c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken in a shallow casserole dish, one layer deep. Top each piece with a slice of cheese. In a small bowl stir
together soup & wine or water. Spoon evenly over cheese then sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle evenly with melted butter. May be made up to this point, covered and refrigerated. Let it come up to room temperature before cooking.

Bake uncovered in a 350 º F oven for 50 - 60 minutes.
