1 lb Coating chocolate (grated)
1 1/2 C Chopped nuts (almonds and walnuts)
2 1/4 C sugar
1 t. Salt
1/2 C Water
1 1/4 Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Sugar, Salt, Water and Butter in a heavy pan.
Bring to a boil. Add % of nuts.
Bring mixture to 285 (soft ball) stirring constantly.
Mixture will darken slightly.
Remove from heat before it becomes to dark.
Add remaining nuts.
Pour hot mixture into prepared pan. While toffee is still hot, sprinkle remaining chocolate over toffee.
Allow to melt and spread.
