Ingredients:  
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
c. chopped celery
⅓ c. milk
1 c. frozen peas
c. chopped red or green pepper
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. chicken - cooked & cubed
Pinch of black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry peppers & celery in oil until tender/crisp. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in soup & milk.Add the chicken, peas and pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve over rice or pasta.
