3 tbsp. butter
1½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp salt
1 lb. sole fillets (or whitefish)
½ c. fine bread crumbs








Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan melt butter, stir in Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and salt. Place the fish in a baking dish & spoon ½ of the Worcestershire mixture on top. Bake at 425 º F for 7 - 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Stir bread crumbs into remaining Worcestershire mixture and spread over baked fish. Place back in oven & broil until crumbs are golden.
