2 1/4 cups bisquick
1 Tablespoon sugar
3 Tablespoon melted butter
2/3 cup milk

Combine all ingredients.

Plop six spoonfuls on an ungreased, parchment lined cookie sheet (use an ice cream scoop to portion).

Bake 10-12 minutes at 450 degrees.

Split and fill with sweetened berries and top with half and half or cream.

Or, brush a little milk on top and sprinkle with course sugar before baking. Serve with clotted cream, softened butter and preserves at tea time.
