1 C Butter
1 C Sugar
1 C Molasses
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Egg
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Ground Ginger
1 tsp. Cinnamon
tsp. Salt
4 C Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Bring molasses to a boil. Pour over butter and sugar and add vinegar. Cool. Add egg. Mix in sifted dry ingredients.

Chill 1 hour.

Roll out and cut as desired.

Bake at 350 F for 12 minutes.
