1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 container of greek vanilla (or a dairy free type)
1 Tablespoon ground flax seed
1 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1 cup frozen bananas
Handful of ice cubes,
3 Splenda packets & 1 tsp. Honey(or sweeten to taste)

Directions:

Put all into the blender and fill with skim milk or milk substitute. don't cover everything with skim, just almost to the top so it stays creamy.
