2 C Granulated Sugar
2 C White Karo
1 ⅓ C Whipping cream
1 C Butter
1 C Nuts (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, Karo, and cream. Bring to boil and add butter. Bring to at least 240. Add nuts. Pour into a buttered pan. (for Caramel topping cook to very soft ball stage.)
