"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

This is a favorite in our house and everyone seems to always fight over who gets the end piece. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

When going through Grandma's recipe's I found one similar Great Aunt Lois used:
2 lb hamburger, 3 eggs (beaten), 1 c ketchup, 3/4 c bread crumbs, 3/4 c minced green onions, 3/4 c minced white onion, 1/2 c green pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 Tbsp pepper. Bake in 350 degree oven.
