1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 c raisins (optional)
1 3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 can cranberries (whole,not jellied)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, sugar, and eggs together in mixing bowl. Stir dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Add to oil and egg mixture all at once. Mix well. Stir in nuts and raisins if using, and cranberries. Bake in a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Bake 40-60 minutes or until done. This is good recipe to make in small loaf pans and take to the neighbors at Christmas time.
