1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
¼ cup margarine
¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
1¾ cups quick-cooking oats

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, cocoa, margarine and milk. Stir constantly until sugar is melted. Remove from heat and add vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until peanut butter is melted. Add oats and stir until well-combined. Drop large spoonfuls onto wax paper and cool in the refrigerator

These are traditionally known as 'No Bake Cookies", but in our house, they have always been referred to as "Doo Doo Cookies" since they look like cow patties! These cookies will not set up well on a rainy day!
