1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 cube butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 cup juice from oranges



Topping for cake
1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
lg can crushed pinapple
juice from pineapple
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tub cool whip
1 can mandarin oranges
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix with eggs and juices from oranges. Add mandarin oranges and mix well. Put in a 9 x 13 greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes


Mix pudding with pineapple and juice. Add powdered sugar and cool whip. When cake is cool. Top cake with topping. Decorate top with mandarin oranges. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
