2 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion chopped
Salt and pepper
10 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1 can corn drained or frozen corn
1c. Milk
1/2 c. Sour cream
Velevetta cheese or 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
32 oz. of tater tots

Directions:

350 . Lightly grease 9x13 pan. Brown meat with onion, salt and pepper. Pork meat mixture in bottom of pan. In mixing bowl, mix soup, corn, milk and sour cream. Poor over top of meat. Then cover that with layers of cheese. Top with tater tots. Bake for 30-45 minutes. Bubbling and tater tots are crispy.
