5-6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 cans Cream of Chicken (with herbs) soup
16oz container of Sour Cream
2-3 rolls of Ritz Crackers
2 sticks of butter
Salt/Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil/Cook Chicken and then chop/shred it.
2. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper together and
place in 9X13 pan.
3. Crush 2-3 rolls of Ritz crackers in a Ziploc bag & add
melted butter to the cracker crumbs
4. Top Casserole with cracker crumbs and bake on 350º-375º until
hot and bubbly (about 30-40min)
