3 Huge Chicken Breasts
1 can diced tomato with Green Chile and include the juice
1-2 cans diced tomatoes and include the juice
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Cumin 1/2 tsp.
Chile powder 1/2 tsp

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and clean chicken breasts. Remove the fat from the chicken.
Add tomatoes and seasonings and stir
Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours until chicken is falling apart
Shred with knife and fork



Uses for the Shreded Chicken:

Tortilla wrap
Lettuce wrap
Over rice
