Cake:
1 pkg Devil's Food cake mix
1 pkg chocolate instant pudding mix (4 serving size)
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup water
4 eggs
1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Glaze:
2T cocoa
3T. water
1T cooking oil
1T corn syrup

Cake:
Blend all ingredients in a large bowl, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate pieces. Bake in greased and floured 10" tube pan at 350* for about 45-50 minutes. Cool right side up for about 25 minutes.

Chocolate Glaze:
In a small saucepan combine 2 T. cocoa, 3T water, 1T cooking oil and 1 T corn syrup. Cook and stir over low heat; beat in 1 cup confectioners sugar. Drizzle over cooled cake.
