Shrimp Mold Recipe

1 -2 Boiled shrimp (seasoned)
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 oz. cream cheese
1 Cup Mayonnaise
3/4 Cup Chopped Green Onion
Crystal Hot Sauce to Taste but at least 2 Teaspoons
2 Packages Gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a ring mold with olive oil. Chop the boiled shrimp. Het soup and cream cheese until melted. Turn off heat, add mayonnaise and green onions. Add shrimp and hot sauce. Melt gelatin with 4 Tablespoons hot water. Add to mixture. Pour mixture into the mold and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Unmold and serve with crackers.

Be sure to use shrimp that have been boiled in zataran's crab boil seasonings
