1 cup coconut milk
1 T. rice malt syrup or raw honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground cardamon
1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, glass or jar. Cover and place the bowl in the refrigerator to set overnight. Eat immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
