fresh and easy pizza dough
5 oz. spinach
salt and peper to taste
2 Tbs. water
1 c. park skim ricotta cheese
tsp. garlic powder
c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbs. grated parmesan
1 Tbs. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put spinach, salt, pepper, and water in a microwave-safe dish in the microwave and cook on hight for 2 minutes. Drain well. Mix Ricotta cheese and garlic powder in a small bowl, set aside. Place dough onto baking sheet and spread with ricotta mixture. Top with spinach, mozzarella, and parmesan. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake 10 minutes @ 450. Cool, cut, and serve.
