Mix: 1 can refried beans with a ½ package taco seasoning and dash Tabasco
Spread: On a platter about 1-inch thick
Blend: 1 ripe avocado with 1-1/2 Tbsp lemon juice and spread on beans
Top With:
1- 4 ounce can chopped green chilies
1- 4 ounce chopped black olives
¼ cup green onions
¾ cup cheddar cheese
¾ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
½ cup chopped tomatoes
Cover: Entire haystack with alfalfa sprouts and serve with Doritos
