1 lb. ground beef
cup chopped onion
cup diced potato
⅓ cup diced carrot
1 clove garlic, finely diced
1 teaspoon salt
cup defrosted frozen peas
1 tablespoon curry powder
cup beef stock
⅓ chopped green onions
cup chopped Italian parsley
3 packages mini-phyllo shells

Directions:
Directions:
Heat skillet over medium heat. Add onions, potato, carrot, garlic and salt. Cook until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. After meat is done, add peas, curry powder and beef stock. Mix well and cook until stock is almost evaporated. Heat phlyllo shells in oven according to package directions. Add a spoonful of filling to each cup. Garnish with green onions and parslley
