1 head iceberg lettuce
1 bunch spinach
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
½ lb. bacon, chopped and crumbled
¾ c. toasted, candied almond slices

Dressing:
¾ Tbs. poppy seeds
⅓ c. white vinegar
¾ c. oil
⅓ c. sugar
¾ tsp. salt
2-3 Tbs. finely chopped red onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Toss salad ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix dressing and pour over salad just before serving.
