Magic Cobbler Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

While oven is preheating, place 2 sticks of butter in 9x13 pan to melt.

In a bowl, mix together:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups milk

Pour mixture over melted butter. DO NOT MIX

Cover batter with 2 bags frozen fruit (blackberries,
peaches, blueberries…) DO NOT MIX

Sprinkle with an additional cup of sugar if the fruit is tart.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1.5 hours –until golden brown.

Serve with vanilla ice cream.
