20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 small onion, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 egg
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix onion, soup, mayo, and egg together with cheese. Add broccoli and stir well.

Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Top broccoli mixture with crackers.

Bake 30-45 minutes until brown and bubbly.
