1/2 cup Almond milk (unsweetened)
1/2 cup Plain greek Yogurt (full fat)
3T collagen protein
2/3 cup ice cubes
1tsp Ginger (freshly grated)
2T blackstrap molasses
1/2 tsp cinnamon
a pinch of Cardamon (optional)
1/4tsp vanilla (optional)
