2 sticks butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sm. pkg. lemon instant pudding
3 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into flour until well blended. Mix in chopped nuts. Pat in 9x13 buttered pan. Bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes. Let cool.

Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in cool whip. Spread on cooled crust. Combine pudding with milk. Beat until smooth and spread over first layer. Spread with thin layer of cool whip. Refrigerate for several hours. Cut into squares for serving.
