1 pkg. (10-11 oz.) butterscotch chips
1/2 c. butter (no substitutes)
2 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 32 squares)
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans

In a large microwaveable bowl, heat the butterscotch chips and butter on high for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes or until chips are melted. Stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Add the cracker crumbs; set aside 2/3 c. Press remaining crumb mixture into a greased 9x13x2 baking pan. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the milk, egg and vanilla. Mix well. Stirs in pecans. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 325º for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack - store in refrigerator.
