1/2c. almond flour
1 c. coconut flour
1/4 c. Matcha Powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4tsp salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, chopped up dark chocolate chunks
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
2T coconut oil
2T. agave syrup
1/2tsp vanilla
1tsp peppermint flavor
2oz Dark chocolate (85-90%)
1/4 cup Cacao Nibs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Grease an 8x8 pan and set aside. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients, add wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Add in the chocolate chips at the end. Pour batter into greased pan and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool on a baking rack. Melt the dark chocolate over low heat. Once cooled, drizzle chocolate brownies and sprinkle with cacao nibs.
