1.5 cups almond flour
2T coconut flour
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c. Chocolate Chips (60% or higher)
1/2cup Butter, melted
1 egg
1.5 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350*. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper. Combine all dry ingredients except chocolate chips in a large bowl. Melt butter and combine with the egg and vanilla in a small bowl. Combine wet and dry ingredients in a large bowl and add chocolate chips. Roll the dough into balls approx. 1 inch in diameter, placing on baking sheet. Bakes for 12-15 minutes, let cool.
