Olive Relish:
1/2 qt. green olives (3 10oz. jars)
1/2 c. olive oil
1/8 c. vinegar
3-5 cloves minced garlic
1/4 of a head of celery chopped very fine
1 med. onion chopped fine

Mufaletta:
1/4 lb ham
1/4 lb salami
Provolone or Swiss Cheese
1 loaf French Bread
Olive Relish (generous amount)

Olive Relish:
Drain olives and chop well. Mix all ingredients together and store in glass or plastic in refrigerator for 48hrs before using. Relish will keep months in jar refrigerated or can freeze between uses.

Mufaletta:
Assemble sandwich and wrap in foil. Bake at 350º for 15-20 min. until it is hot and cheese is melted.
