CAKE
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 t. Soda
1/2 t. Salt
2 Eggs
1 Large can of pineapple - in its own juice
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Cup pecans - chopped

ICING
1 Cup evaporated milk
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup (1 Stick) Butter
1 t. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
WHISK - Sugar, flour, soda & salt together. Add in pineapple (including juice) and eggs
continue to whisk until blended very well.
POUR - batter into a 9 X 13 pan that has been either floured or sprayed
SCATTER - chopped pecans and then brown sugar on top of the cake mixture
BAKE - at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

When cake is done
COMBINE - evaporated milk, sugar & butter in a pan over medium/medium high heat
until comes to a good boil. Remove from heat stir in vanilla.
POUR - the mixture evenly over the top of hot cake and let it soak in

DELISH !
