8 oz. block cream cheese (softened)
1 stick butter (softened)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box any flavor cake mix (I use Devils Food)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together with mixer. Refrigerate for an hour to help hold together. Shape into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 325º for 8-10 min. (They will look undone but do not over bake and will stiffen when cooled)
