2 cups lentils
2 cups ham, diced small
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bay leaf
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp oregano
1 cup carrot, diced
8 to 10 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large stock pot. Simmer 2 3 hours. Remove bay leaf. Pressure can for 75 minutes for pints and 90 minutes for pints. If canning simmer for 1 hour then process.
