3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups zucchini (shredded)
1tsp salt
3tsp cinnamon
3tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
raisins (optional)
nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients lightly but well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in two greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350* for about an hour.
