1c. sugar
2T. ginger
3.25c. flour
1/4tsp pepper
1c. molasses
3/4c. crisco
2tsp. soda
1 egg
1/4tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and crisco then egg, then molasses. Combine rest of dry ingredients mix together. Roll in walnut size balls, then roll in sugar. Bake on greased and floured pan at 400* for 10 minutes.
