Crust:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cu sugar

Topping:
3 eggs
1.5 cup sugar
1.5 cup flour
3 cup rhubarb cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, butter and sugar for crust. Mix together and press in an 8x8 pan and bake 10 minutes at 350*.

Topping:
Combine eggs, sugar, flour and rhubarb, mix together. Spread mixture over baked crust. (optional, sprinkle with coconut over top) Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until set.
