1lb. rump roast
1tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
1tsp onion salt
3c. of water
1pkg Italian Salad dressing mix
1 cube beef bullion
1 spring of fresh oregano
1 spring fresh basil
2 cloves fresh garlic

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan over medium heat combine the water, salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, onion salt, garlic and salad dressing mix. Stir well bring to a boil. Place roast in slow cooker (crock pot) and pour mixture over the roast. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours. Shred with fork. Serve on rolls.
