1 stick margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 skillet of cornbread (uses jiffy mix)
2 slices bread
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1- 1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. sage
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 eggs beaten
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 - 2 c. chicken broth

Melt margarine and crumble cornbread together. Mix all ingredients together. Cook in crockpot on high for 45 mins. Then turn on low and cook for 4 hours. Don't forget the cranberry sauce!

Bradley Evans' Mom makes this for holidays and it is always delicious and is not dry at all. We love Nana's dressing! She adds shredded chicken to hers for Chicken and Dressing.
