6 egg whites
1tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla
2c. sugar
2c. crushed Ritz Crackers
3/4c. walnuts
2 packs Dream Whip
1c. milk
8oz. pkg cream cheese
1c. drained crushed pineapple

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add baking powder and vanilla. Add sugar then crushed crackers. Add nuts. Pour into 9x13 (lightly greased) pan. Bake at 350* for 20-25 mins until golden brown. Cool completely.

Beat 2 pkgs of Dream Whip with 1 cup milk (beat stiff). Add one 8oz pkg cream cheese; beat well. Add 1 cup drained crushed pineapple. Spread over curst and sprinkle with nuts. Chill 12-24 hours before serving!
